If the assistant seems to be taking longer than usual to respond, the most common reason is the mode you're using.
Deep Research is always the slowest mode. It performs a more thorough analysis — searching across your project files, cross-referencing drawings and specifications, and synthesising a comprehensive answer. This takes more time by design.
If you need faster responses, switch to regular mode. For straightforward questions — looking up a specific clause, checking a detail, or asking a quick question about your project — regular mode will give you a much quicker reply.
